The web service "busmo" (hereinafter referred as the "Service") managed under the 656.ch domain (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is provided under these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") set forth by Zukkyun Co. Customers agree to use this Service upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you start using this Service, you are deemed to have accepted this Terms of Use.
1.In this service, customers can use the route search service by highway buses and some community buses and route buses inbound and outbound from Awaji Island, as well as other services provided by the Company.
2.This service does not require any information fee (hereinafter referred to as "free service"). Customers can use this Service as a "Free Service".
The customers do not violate the following provisions with this Services and the software of this Service, documents, data, images, characters, logos, etc. used in this Services.
- Requesting money or other commercial benefits directly by using this Service as a means.
- Removing or altering product labeling, copyright notices, other cautionary statements, or restrictions based on proprietary rights.
- Reproduction, distribution, public transmission, modification, translation, adaptation or creation of derivative works.
- Transferring, selling, assigning, or other acts violates property of this Service to a third party.
- To allow a third party to use the software, whether by sublicensing, lending, or any other methods.
- Reverse engineering or other acts of analyzing this Service and Software
- To interfere with operating or damaging the credibility of this Service, or committing any acts that may cause such interference or damage.
- Posting any personal information of customers or third parties.
- Violating or potentially violating any laws or regulations.
- Infringing, restricting, or interfering with the rights of the Company or a third party, or committing any act that may result in such infringement, restriction, or interference.
- Engaging in all prohibition terms of the above and any other conduction that the Company considers inappropriate.
1. General provisions
- The Service may not be provided due to radio wave reception conditions or other functional limitations of the Information Terminal which is called ("Information Terminal"), or due to system settings made by your own Information Terminal.
- Information on maps, routes, traffic regulations, road conditions, operation status of public transportation, timetables, facilities, stores, events, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Service Information") may differ from actual information or may be inaccurate. This Service Information may differ from actual information or be inaccurate. This Service Information is subject to change without notification.
- This service information includes data on bus stops, timetables, and fares for express buses published on the Web by bus companies. The information may contain inaccuracies or incorrect information, and only should be used reference information.
- There are some places within the countries or regions targeted by this service where the service information cannot be provided.
2. Pedestrian and caution, etc.
- It is very dangerous to operate or look at the screen of this information device while driving a car, motorcycle, bicycle, etc., or while walking. Always stop in a safe place before doing so. Additionally, operating this information device or looking at its screen while driving a car, motorcycle, bicycle, etc., may violate the Road Traffic Act and other laws, so please be careful.
- Due to pedestrian zones, winter closures, time-based traffic restrictions, etc., roads that cannot actually be used may be displayed or guided as passable roads.
- Roads that cannot actually be crossed by pedestrians may be displayed or guided as roads that can be crossed.
3.Highway Buses, Route Buses, etc.
- The updating of timetable may be delayed from the actual timetable revisions. When using highway buses or other services, please reconfirm the actual departure and arrival times.
4.Other Information
Information about facilities and stores, such as names, addresses, and phone numbers, may have changed, or the facilities or stores may no longer exist. Information about events, such as dates and locations, may also be subject to change.
The Company may interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to customers if any of the following circumstances occur.
- When performing regular or emergency maintenance inspections of the systems required to provide the Service.
- When the Service cannot be provided due to natural disasters, fires, power outages, riots, or other similar events.
- When the Service cannot be provided due to issues with communication means such as telecommunication lines or computers.
- When the Service cannot be provided due to reasons beyond the Company's control, other than those listed above.

- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Customer in connection with the changes or termination mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
All intellectual property rights and other related rights concerning the Service belong to the Company or to third parties who have granted the Company permission to use such intellectual property rights.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of the Service, that the Service will be suitable or effective for the customer's specific purposes, that there will be no infringement of intellectual property rights, that the Service will be free of defects, or that the Service will operate without issues.
- The Company assumes no responsibility for any information, services, etc., provided on sites accessed through links or banners.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer due to the interruption of the provision of all or part of the Service caused by the reasons listed in Article 5.
1.If the customer violates any of these Terms, the Company may immediately suspend or terminate the provision of this Service to the customer without any prior notice.
2.The Company may amend these Terms by announcing such changes on the Service or on the Company's website related to the Service, or by notifying the customer through other methods deemed appropriate by the Company. These changes will take effect from the date specified separately by the Company. Customers should regularly review these Terms and agree to their content before using this Service.
- When the changes to these Terms are in the general interest of the customer.
- When the changes to these Terms do not contradict the purpose of the contract related to the provision of this Service, and are reasonable in light of the necessity of the changes, the appropriateness of the changed content, and other circumstances related to the changes.
3.The precautions and other descriptions displayed by the Company on the Service are considered part of these Terms. Customers must comply with these precautions and other descriptions when using the Service.
4.Even if any provision or part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by the Consumer Contract Act or other laws, the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms shall not be affected.
5.These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
6.If litigation becomes necessary in connection with the Service, the Kobe District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
